Cancellation & Attendance Policy

Please read our policy carefully regarding missed or rescheduled sessions: 

• Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you must give at least 48 hours' notice. 

• Late Cancellations: Sessions and or classes cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate and no refund or class rescheduling will be available.

• Courses (block of classes): If you booked on a course then unfortunately these classes are non refundable and are not able to be rescheduled.

• Tutor/Educator Cancellations: If I (the tutor/educator) need to cancel a session and or class due to illness or emergency, a full refund and or a makeup session will be provided. I will be in close contact and you will be informed asap.

• Punctuality: If a child arrives late, the session will still start and end at the scheduled time to protect the slots of other children.
